Recently, fraudulent emails have been circulating claiming CPays accounts have been locked and requesting CPays users to re-activate or validate their usernames and passwords either online or via email form.
IT IS IMPORTANT that you never provide your username and password to anyone and we will never send you a request asking you to enter or validate your password.
If you are ever unsure, please open a new web browser (e.g. Internet Explorer or Netscape) and check via the CPays website that your username and password is up to date.
If you think you've received a fraudulent email, forward it to manager@cpays.com and then delete it from your email account.
